What You’ll Be Doing
As a support worker, you will provide one-on-one and group support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their personal and community engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering NDIS core supports may include personal care, skill-building, and community participation
- Supporting clients 1:1 to access the community safely
- Supporting individuals in independent living arrangements under a 1:3 support ratio
- Assisting clients in group activities, community access and social events
- Collaborating within a team-focused environment that prioritises flexibility and high-quality care
